Bruff u17’s continued their success in the pan Munster this weekend against Midleton. After a shakey start Bruff finally found their feet and took the lead with a pen kick from Paul Downes after ten mins. It looked as if this was to be the only score if the 1’st half but with the last play of the half full back Brian Fanning made a super run up the centre and got over the line for a try which Downes converted. H.t.score 10 -0. The 2’nd half Bruff worked hard and got the rewards with two more trys from Dylan reeves and Jack O’Grady Paul Downes converted both. Full time score 24-0. Well done to all. The semi final is set for home next weekend against Clonakilty.
