Bruff J2 were playing UL Bohs in the Gleeson League last weekend. Richard McAuliffe kicked all of the Bruff score’s and it was 6 nil to Bruff at the break. Two tries and one conversion in the 2nd half for Bohs put Richard McAuliffe under pressure as he kicked a penalty with the last play of the game to end with a draw. Bruff 12 – 12 UL Bohs

ODM Munster Senior Cup Final, Bruff v Garryowen, Thomond Park, 7.30.
Saturday October 22nd:
Gleeson League, UL Bohemians v Bruff, Annacotty, 2.30.
Both the seconds and thirds were in action this weekend. The J2’s were first out on Saturday in the Gleeson League with a home games against St. Marys.
Bruff were up 13-3 at half time thanks to trys from Noel Ford and Shane O Donnell with Ritchie McAuliffe adding a penalty. Bruff had to fight hard in the second half and held out for a 13-10 victory.
The 2nds were in action Sunday away to UL Bohs. The fixture doubled as a league and transfield Cup game. Behind for most of the game Bruff eventually came away with a 22-21 win. John Carrol opened the Bruff account with a try in the first half with Barry Enright adding the conversion. Enright kicked a penalty mid way through the second half before Martin O Rourke Scored a brace of trys from 2 push over scrums one of which was converted.
