Results: Another fantastic win for our senior men’s team, with only one loss in 8 games so far this season. A tricky start for bruff but fantastic resilience shown with the score 0-0 at halftime. Tullamore started the second half with a penalty but bruff scored the first try at the hands of Paul Collins which he converted himself. Tullamore came back with a converted try with only minutes left on the clock. The never say die attitude of bruff prevailed again and after a solid team effort near the try line, rob browne scored a try at the death which was then converted by Paul Collins. The final score was 14-10, our first win away in Tullamore since 2017. That leaves us in fourth place going into the last game of 2023. Our seconds team won 22-10 against Clonmel on Sunday with try’s from Johnny Cleary, Mark O’Connell and Eamonn Cooke with a conversion from Adam O’ Dwyer. We had fantastic underage results with the u14, u16 and u18 girls winning out all their games. A fantastic day for the club having 60 bruff girls playing on Saturday. The u18 white team also had a great win on Friday night against Mallow.

This Saturday we meet Skerries RFC in the AIL promotion play off final!

We travel to Holmpatrick on the 6th of May in the promotional final with the winning moving up to 2B.

This is a crucial game for the lads. Support for this game is massive and we would love to see a great turnout like we had against Galwegians.

Best of luck lads ?
