On Tuesday out in Shannon RFC we saw many or our Bruff Underage players take part in the another emerging schools blitz. While there were over 15 teams in attendance on the day , John the Baptist school from hospital had quite a few players from Bruff togged off and put on the schools jersey.

Weather conditions were poor but this did not affect the high spirts of all who attended on the day.

On the day there was 10 Under 15 teams from Villiers, CBS Nenagh. St Anne’s. Thomond CC. Scoil Mhuire Thurles, St Clements, St Ailbes, Coláiste Iosea Kilmallock, Newport College and John The Baptist.

U17 teams were Ennis CC, Newport College , John The Baptist, Scoil Mhuire Thurles And Saint Anne’s

Unfortunately we’ve had to put up additional signs. This is not acceptable!! We have a lot of underage players training and we need the pitches to remain dog poop free. Please if you walk your dog on our walkway then clean up and stay off pitches. Thank you.

Please Pick Up After Your Pet. It doesn’t take much to remember that we have pets in our community. In fact, if you don’t watch your step, you’re liable to step in one such reminder! Besides being unsightly and smelly, animal waste can be hazardous to the health of our children who play/train at the club and other pets. One of the most common forms of disease transmission between dogs is through fecal matter. When walking your dog in our Club, remember that it should be leashed. Also, it is important to remember to immediately clean up after your pet. Take along a baggie with you to pick up waste with and then dispose of it properly. By taking a few simple steps to clean up after your pet, you can contribute not only to the beautification of our club, but also towards the elimination of one of the most irritating nuisances in our community. Please keep in mind that if you are spotted not cleaning-up behind your pet, you are in violation our clubs guidelines.
