Bruff juniors played out a classic game against Garryowen last Sunday. The final score was 22 all.A try in the 7th minute of injury time by Brian (Boz) O’ Connor level the score.Outhalf Alan Kilcoyne had a difficult conversion to win the game but unluckily it drifted wide.Noel Ford scored two tries in the first half with Kilcoyne converting both to give bruff a 14-7 lead at H-T.A penalty by the outhalf made it 17pts to 7pts before a great fightback by the Blues saw then score 15 pts in 20 minutes to set up the grandstand finish.Overall a fair result. Both coaches were happy to get something out of this game.
