Bull n Booze Tag Rugby Festival – Sat 26th July 2008

We are delighted to announce a great line-up of tag games and entertainment for this years “Bull n Booze” Tag Rugby Festival on Saturday 26th July. It’s going to be the best yet!!

There’s been huge demand for places so far and “Rochdale Swarm” a tag rugby club in the UK have already booked flights!

Teams are advised to get your entry in early to avoid disappointment.

Team Entry Fee is just €200 and includes, top class facilities, live bands, all entertainment and camping.

Your team will be guaranteed to play all matches at our club grounds, at the heart of the action, with full bar and barbeque facilities all day as well as lots more pitchside entertainment.(We do not use any remote locations such as school pitches or public parks)

FESTIVAL DETAILS (Provisional)

Friday 25th July

• Campsite Opens, teams check into local accommodation.
• Welcome Party at Clancy’s Live Music Venue “The Back Yard”, with live bands “Zoot Allures” and “Aztex”

Saturday 26th July

• All day Tag Blitz – Mixed Social A, B, C & Beginner Tag Leagues to suit all levels
• Each team plays a minimum of 4 matches (each 15 min duration)
• IRFU Tag Laws & IRFU Referees www.irfutag.ie
• All day sizzling Barbeque and Full Bar Facilities.
• Try your rodeo skills on ” The Bucking Bronco Bull”
• Exhibition Tag Match – Rochdale Swarm ( England ) v Bruff RFC
• Prize giving by Special Guest
• CELEBRATION PARTY at the clubhouse with live band “Intrigue” and Disco till late….
• Shuttle Bus serves City Centre & local accommodation
• Adult Event – All players must be over 18 years.
