We entertained Sunday’s well on Saturday last in the msc in kilballyowen on what was a perfect day for rugby. The game was very even and scoreless until 20 mins when Sunday’s Well to a 3-0 lead. The Well went further ahead before half time with a converted try Flo pulled it back with a well struck penalty to make it 10-3 at half time. The second half saw Sunday’s Well extend their lead with a converted try and sealed the win with another penalty to finish 20-3. For some of these players it’s been four games over the past 3 weeks and we seemed to have a lot of handling errors, there’s also new partnerships being build and also some of underage age players cutting their teeth at senior ranks. And while management will probably disappointed with the result they will know it’s in a months time when the Ail starts that they will need to be up to the pace.
