Our Seniors travelled to Cork yesterday to play Sunday’s Well in the Munster Senior Cup, after taken the lead through an excellent team move finished by Liam Treacy, we found ourselves 12-5 down at h/t. The second half saw us with a lot of territory and while scoring 2 more try’s through Talylor Jones, and Tony Cahill, the Well won 26-15.
The club would like to wish the referee a speedy recovery from what seemed like an knee injury picked up in the first half.
A huge congratulations to Craig Finn on his selection for the Irish talent squad this is a massive honour for his family, his club and coaches, and his school, Craig is also a part of the Munster U-19s who play Connacht in Thomond Park at 1.30 p.m.

Our Senior team travel to Cork tomorrow to play Sunday’s Well in the Munster Senior Cup in Irish Independent park kick off 2.30 p.m. It will our first time playing on the new surface since it has been laid this summer. Let’s home we’ll have similar luck to earlier in the year.
Our 2nds are down to down to play old cresent on Monday night at 7.30.
This coming Sunday 16th September see’s the start of the Underage Fixtures at Kilballyowen Park.
We have four (4) games down to be played on Sunday morning. Three of the games are at Kilballyowen Park. The Under 14’ make the trip to Dooradoyle to take on Garryowen at 11:30 am.

Please take extra care when driving into and leaving the Car Park as ALL Mini Rugby training will be taking place also from 10:30 – 11:30 am.

Bruff travelled to the Canal bank this evening in the Transfield cup q/final, after a gutsy display in terrible conditions we went down on a score line of 25-20 scoring 4 try’s on the night.
